JSR installed several items for my wife and me, they were on time and very thorough in their pre-work review and work. I am glad we hired these guys. We had new lighting installed over our bar area which required new wiring as this did not previously exist. We also had a new ceiling fan put in; they also advised on an issue we had been having with some of our electrical outlets due to faulty wiring by the builders. Needless to say, I will be hiring JSR to do my patio electrical work and upgrading our upstairs. I will use JSR exclusively for all of our electrical workings going forward. Thanks again..

Outstanding communications, quick responses on questions and old-school courtesy abound at JSR. The work was discussed thoroughly with my electrician and he helped me realize I didn't need to do unnecessary replacement on several fixtures. The tram at JSR scoped the work Thursday and actually did research for my project over the weekend, sourcing fixtures that fit my needs perfectly. The electricians explained lighting choices, savings realized over time and recommended products based on personal experience. This type of candor is almost unheard of these days. Work was completed in-full on the following Monday. Everything looks beautiful and they cleaned their work spotlessly. I will be using JSR for all of my future lighting and electrical projects. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees.

We have standard pricing that we use when providing a written quote to the customer. This assures the customer that we are consistent in our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with a customer to review their total scope of work so we can provide the most accurate one time quote that will not change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master electrician licensed with the State of Texas. Additionally I am registered as an electrical contractor (which is required by the State of Texas). We are fully insured , background checked and drug tested.
