We worked with Home Build and Design on two bathroom renovations and honestly had a great experience. The team was easy to talk to, showed up when they said they would, and really cared about the details. Everything felt well organized and not stressful at all. The bathrooms came out beautiful and exactly how we imagined. Wed definitely recommend them to anyone planning a renovation.

We had Home Build and Designs do a full remodel on all 3 bathrooms, flooring, fixtures and tile showers, and it turned out GREAT. My wife was so happy and now wants to have them do our kitchen next.

We hired Elia and his team for a full remodel of our home in Grapevine, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The project included a patio cover, a full kitchen remodel, and a complete bathroom remodel, with a total budget of around $140,000.From day one, Elia was professional, honest, and very organized. He took the time to explain the process, provided clear timelines, and was always available to answer questions. Communication was consistent throughout the entire project, which made a big difference on a job of this size. The quality of work really stands out. The kitchen came out beautiful, with great attention to detail, clean finishes, and high-quality materials. The bathroom remodel looks like something out of a magazine, and the patio cover completely transformed our outdoor space and added real value to the home. What we appreciated most was that there were no surprisespricing was transparent, changes were discussed ahead of time, and the crew showed up when they said they would. The house was kept clean and organized during construction, which we didnt expect on such a large remodel. If youre looking for a contractor in Grapevine or the DFW area who can handle a large-scale remodel and actually deliver what they promise, I highly recommend Elia. We would absolutely use him again and confidently recommend him to friends and family.
