He did an amazing job with our new construction home inspection. He provided us with a TON of information with our inspection report and really went through every nook and cranny of the home. During our walkthrough with the builder, he mentioned how detailed the report was and how the inspector did things that other inspectors don’t normally do. He found several issues that have all thankfully been resolved so we are very happy we chose Corner Stone!

If I could give this guy 6 stars, I would. Mr. Clayton was not only very professional, but really took care of my family and our new home. This thoroughness was 1st class and he ensured the job was done right. But the most important thing hole did for me on this inspection: he took the time to explain the items that needed addressing, how it can be addressed, went over the details of what the code is and what is acceptable, gave credit on where the builder did well, and where the mark was missed. He made sure my wife’s questions were acknowledged and the answers explained to her satisfaction, as she wants to ensure our home is perfect. I would recommend him to anyone I know and if you’re needing an inspection done RIGHT, this is the guy and business you need to hire!

Normally, homes under 2000 square feet is $350.00 depending on age and slab type.

Continuing education is a MUST for my company. I am always trying to improve on my knowledge and stay current with the changing laws and regulations.
