- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting Started We ask a few quick questions up front to understand your needs and provide an accurate estimate—no guesswork, just clarity from the beginning. 2. Scheduling Your Appointment Once you confirm we're a good fit, you'll secure your appointment by paying through Thumbtack or our booking page. 3. Before Your Appointment You'll receive a confirmation, tips to help your signing go smoothly, and access to support if you have questions. If document pre-review or additional requirements are needed, we’ll handle those ahead of time. 4. Appointment Time & Signing I arrive promptly, verify IDs, and guide you through each step to ensure every signature and notarization is done correctly and confidently. 5. Wrap-Up & Delivery You’ll receive your completed documents immediately, and I can assist with scanning or delivery, if needed.
