- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what they are looking for in a shoot, we can discuss back and forth through email, text or a phone call. Once we have the details nailed down, I send an email to confirm the booking and a separate one to collect payment.

Yes. i actively watch webinars and attend workshops.
