- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer great discounts on all work. We waive service fees on repairs as well as military and senior citizens discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask a lot of questions. My job is to understand what challenges you may have and to report to you the best and least expensive option to meet those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor and have degrees in high efficiency systems as well as indoor air quality. Certified with the state. Plus 23 years in field training.
