- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and based not only on volume, but weight of an item such as a piano, china cabinet etc will weigh heavier than that of a refrigerator. Every quote is with you in mind to make sure you never over pay for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We desire for our clients to provide photos of the area from 2 or 3 different angles. This will allow us to potentially see the true size of the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a community heart centered business and we enjoy helping clients when things that may be difficult for them, but easy for us. Helping is our number one purpose and mission. After realizing the great need, we decided to start Hayes Hauling and Junk Removal.
