- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a totally free inspection, to be able to analyze the damage. There we have to see the insurance policy, and we educate the client. 2. If it is indeed a case that we all have the evidence and information to make a claim, we start with the process, lifting the claim, we make a mitigation if necessary, we place the tarp, and we begin to communicate with the insurance to request an inspection. Then they determine if they pay and when, and once we have the approval we begin to make the roof, and once done we send the evidence of all the repairs to the insurance, such as photos, warranty certificate, customer satisfaction letter. We give a written guarantee.
