- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have any standard pricing. It is flexible, depending on the customer's needs and situation. I do like to stay within budget, I don't turn any one away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask them what they are wanting from an alarm system. That helps me know what they are expecting. From there I will discuss what will or won't work with the home or set up. I then design a system that fits their needs as stated before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the State of Texas Dept. of Public Safety. You will find some people that are only contractors who know how to install, but lack the credentials fully required. We are licensed and insured.
