Company was super responsive and showed up in the early part of the service window both times. They were not able to fix the issue, but only charged the service call after coming out twice to fix the issue. Will definitely hire them again in the future for any appliance issues!

I tinkered with the appliance on the front end to try and resolve it myself but it didn't work out so we needed a pro. I forget the gentleman's name but he complemented our attempt and mentioned that we missed one small step and recommended we order a part and do it on our own to save time and money. Was appreciative of his tip and grateful for the service.

Billy came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem and I have not had any issues since. Went above and beyond and found some wiring issues as well that he resolved. Would re-hire again.
