Ed was absolutely amazing! I originally called him because my fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and he had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. On top of that, he took extra time to look at my washer that was leaving my clothes soaking wet after a cycle—even though that wasn’t why I contacted him in the first place. That alone says a lot about his work ethic.
