I had Garrett out to check some outlets, and while he was here, he performed a meticulous 30-point inspection on my older home. Even though we had a mix-up on the pricing expectations and I didn't use their service, Garrett's professionalism stood out. In a situation that could have easily been tense, his composure was perfect. He was gracious, understanding, and waived the service fee entirely. It’s rare to find a technician with that level of patience and calm communication. Great guy!

They were told the price they needed to beat and even shown the estimate from their competitor. I specifically told them not to bother coming out for their “free estimate” if they couldn’t compete and they pushed to come anyway.

Upon visiting, the estimator was asked to inspect our electrical service and ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let me know they were done. Instead, he barged right into our home and stood at my office door while I was on a call - interrupting a meeting and telling me he needed to speak about it right away. I stepped out in the foyer and asked him politely to email me his estimate and we could discuss it later. He then got visa my agitated and told me he had to talk right there about it and wouldn’t email me an estimate. He proceeded to tell me that the job would (and in his view, should) cost more than double my other estimate. When I told him I wasn’t prepared to spend more money, he acted like he couldn’t accept no for an answer.

I eventually asked him to leave our property and escorted him to the garage. Once there, he again tried to “sell” me that they were the only company that could do the job right and even when I showed him in detail that the other estimate included all the same things at less than half the price, he persisted in aggressively telling me I must be wrong.

The experience was very offputting.
