- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer customers packages that have a base starting price that consist of Sound, Sound and Lighting, Sound, lighting, and effects. Ready made packages are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each can be customized to fit a client's particular need or budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine a Customer's needs and expectations, display pictures of offered services in actual events or settings previously performed to give an idea of how it will actually present. Address questions that the client may have, discuss budgeting, realistic expectations and finally discuss how to achieve the maximum effect for best value of the clients dollar
