- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Active duty military, veterans and first responders get a 10% discount, ALWAYS, regardless of the event (wedding, corporate, holiday party, birthday party, and the like). Reserving the date and time of the event requires a $100 deposit, and a customer's deposit guarantees that their date and time of their function is reserved. Once a client agrees to book on a specific date and time, they have 30 calendar days to pay the deposit in full to guarantee that their date and time is reserved. After 30 days, we can not ensure that their spot will be reserved. We will hold the deposit until 48 hours before the event, and if a client decides to cancel their event before 48 hours of its scheduled date and time, the deposit is 100% refundable. If cancellation of the event occurs within 48 hours or less of the scheduled time and date, the deposit is non-refundable. The $100 deposit will go towards the total cost of the service and the remaining balance owed will be paid before the start of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with the client to know exactly what they want. We are flexible to meet at any time. We will visit the venue with the client by request, discuss music and lighting (if needed) and we'll go over all the things that will be required for the occasion. We are reachable by phone via text or phone call, or you can send us an e-mail, and we will get back to the client within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music at an early age, and I am a classically trained musician in piano and voice. I went to college to study music, and I have been DJ'ing for nearly 20 years. I started as a bedroom DJ as a hobby and have since been hired to work in bars, clubs and private events (to include private parties, corporate events, fashion shows, boutique openings, and the like). I have recently expanded into the wedding (DJing) industry and have worked alongside others in several different venues, indoor and outdoor. My wife is an Esthetician by trade and was the salon manager for a high-end salon and spa in Mary Esther, Florida. She knows the ins and outs of business handling scheduling, payroll, salon coordination, product ordering, and the like. She utilizes her skills and attention to detail in business management to help our clients create wedding ceremony and reception timelines, as well as song playlists for all our client's music needs, regardless of the event. She and I spend countless hours ensuring that our customers get the best quality service possible.
