I first contacted Karen in November 2016 about my resume writing needs asking lots of questions regarding updating my resume using today's professional resume standards using today's ATS tracking system machines used by a lot of hiring managers these days for filtering outdated non key-worded resumes. She answered all my questions in resolving the key-wording issues and wrote a really great KEY-WORDED resume. Only replied to one employer so far using the new and improved resume and on the verge of landing a job in the first try. Most of all, the price was very reasonable! After having continuous employment for decades, I found myself back in the job market. I had a resume - but it was poorly written and far from up to date. Maria was extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry. In no time we had our first call and I sent her a copy of my existing resume. I had her 1st draft for my review that evening.
