- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have us flat fee monthly pricing but also like to know what budget the client is working with. I consider my pricing affordable in overall comparison to the industry. Discounts are offered on recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with the prospective client first to get an understanding of the scope of work that is needed. After the consultation, I would come in and do an assessment of the current accounting processes and make recommends of best practices according to GAAP.
