- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Tejas Imagery and Media Services, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality deliverables and top notch customer service. That being said, our strive to keep our rates competitive. But we are not the WalMart of the photography/videography world. We will discuss discounts for multiple projects., but you are paying for quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to exceed our customer's expectations by under promising and over delivering. To accomplish this, we will ask several questions and attempt to gain our customer's vision for the project at hand. At that point, we will do our very best to deliver beyond the customer's wildest expectations. We will make as many revisions to the project as necessary to make this happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tejas Imagery and Media Services owner and chief photographer/videographer is certified by the FAA as a UAV pilot. Furthermore, as a member of the SkyEye network, John has been fully trained to accomplish all drone flights, photography and videography in a safe, efficient manner.
