Jonathan was one of three people/companies who texted me right away once I put in the request for a sink installation. One of the three clearly hadn’t read the information I had put in. Felt like a big company with a cog. Jonathan was one of the other two. He was thorough with his questions even before I decided to go with him and Loyal Plumbing. I appreciate that - upfront Qs prevent wasting time on the day-of. He gave me a heads up when he was on his way and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I also appreciated that he and his partner Najin put on shoe coverings prior to entering. Jonathan explained every step of the work and, while our countertop proved to be unfit for the undermount installation I had wanted, he and Najin did a beautiful job on the drop-in sink installation (my new sink was dual-mount). I appreciate how they cleaned up everything and got the old sink and box out to the driveway. I also appreciate that they had pvc pipe pieces on them and saved a trip to Home Depot. The whole thing took 2 hrs and 15 mins, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thanks again, Jonathan and Najin!
