I was scheduled an appointment between 8 am and noon. I called them at 12:30 because nobody showed up then I’m told that if the technician comes out and he has to takeoff his screwdriver from his truck they charge a $480 diagnostic fee. Absolutely ridiculous wasted the whole day !! took time off from work today. Better call John Moore who comes out with a licensed and bonded technician. spent 2 hours and it was a free detailed quote Thumbtacks should really consider removing One Call from their list to avoid facing a class action
