Jose was very responsive to my inquiry. He messaged me and provided his contact info so we could communicate easier. He quoted me over the phone and the quote he gave was specific and fair. I appreciated the transparency in order to avoid unexpected costs. He arrived on time and unclogged my drain fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend!
