Texas Reliable came out the same day I made the request. The serviceman accurately diagnosed the problem with my water heater after ruling out a few possibilities. He maintained great communications as far as options for repair and timeframes. When the necessary part was delivered to me he made the repair the following day. All of my questions were answered- Seamless experience.
