FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give every customer the best possible price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Texas requires that pest control companies physically inspect a property before providing a written treatment quote. While we can give a phone-estimate we cannot send a written quote. A proper inspection takes 30 minutes to an hour and there is a fee for the inspection. We are happy to credit the fee to the treatment when we are hired. After the inspection we will discuss treatment options and provide a written quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of the Texas Pest Control Association, Greater Houston Pest Control Association, and National Wildlife Control Operators Association. Certified Residential Thermographer. Certified Advanced Wildlife Control Operator, Structural Bat Management Professional, Bat Standards Certified, Bird Management Professional, Rodent Standards Certified, Certified in Zoonotic Disease Awareness, Authorized partner for GoodNature Humane Rodent / Squirrel Control Devices, Authorized Partner for Apprehend Bed Bug Treatment.
