Sometimes appliances are just not worth the repair. Parts are discontinued and too expensive to save the appliance. ABE/Eric was a very nice and positive man. Eric properly troubleshoot the issue compared to previous diagnose.. My issue was worse case and Eric shared the news in an amazing manner. Even though the washing machine is a total bust, ABE handled the experience with the up most professionalism and knowledge. Thank you for deescalating stress while informing bad news of broken machine.
