Richard responded to me at short notice and had an availability for my tenant next day. A professional calm man with all his tools handy. He came over and found the problem with the fridge through a sequence of well-planned troubleshooting steps. He was able to get the fridge to work until a replacement part arrived, and sure enough once that part arrived he called me and we scheduled another appointment to fix the fridge for good this time.
