Max reached out to me and explained to me what could possibly be wrong with my washer. Jason came out and was explaining to dynamics of my washer and how certain parts work, as he was analyzing and fixing the problem at hand. Very helpful, professional, punctual and even went above and beyond in helping me with my dryer. Great company and group of guys!

Max provided excellent service. The condenser fan had fallen off from the back of the refrigerator. Max placed the fan back into place and wouldn't leave until the condenser/fan were up and running again. Also, the ice tray was leaking because it had broken. Max picked up the part and replaced the tray.

Another great Thumbtack find! Assist Appliance responded immediately to my project and was able to send someone the same day. Max was professional, knowledgable, and kind. He explained everything he was doing in a respectful manner and did fantastic work. Glad it was just a simple part replacement, and he took extra precautions to make sure the same thing wouldn't happen to the new part. I ended up also scheduling Assist for a dryer/vent cleaning as well.
