Pablo was very responsive leading up to the repair and arrived on time. He was able to put in a temporary fix on my fridge's water line where it had broken going into the fridge cabinet, but was honest about the age of my appliance and brittleness of the remaining hose. He will be my first call for all appliance needs in the future!

Was overall satisfied with the quality of work. Professional, assuring and completed the work with explanations to all my questions. Was able to diagnose & repair my refrigerator and I haven’t had a problem since then. Definitely will recommended as they as very punctual. Also, showed up wearing masks and gloves to ensure safety in my home.

I've used a few different appliance technicians and Direct Appliance Care is by far the best I've used. The technician they sent to my home was very knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot. Price is very reasonable, Great service. Very happy with them.

They fixed my refrigerator very quick and at a great price compared to a previous company I had come out a while back. Great service would recommend him to anyone!
