I had a great experience with Vadym. He came out to check my washer and was very professional throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his patience, especially since I had my granddaughter with me and another maintenance representative present at the same time. He took the time to clearly explain what the issue was in a way that was easy to understand, and he walked me through all of my options without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His communication and professionalism truly stood out. He is scheduled to return today to complete the repair, and I will be sure to update my review after the work is finished. Vadym was awesome! Not only was he on time, he was knowledgeable and began to assess and correct the issue we were having with our dryer right away. It was a tedious job, but he took the time necessary to make repairs. I will definitely use EZ Fix again.
