I had a very good experience with Fixino24 Appliance Service. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong with the appliance before starting the repair. The service was completed efficiently, the pricing was reasonable, and the technician made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional!!
I needed to install a new washer and sent clear photos of the old washer and the water line. A sub contractor who is from Afghanistan was assigned by this company. The agreed price was $149 to install the washer. Upon arrival, the plumber said the price is now $199. Adding to the surprise, he demanded additional $150 to move the old washer away to the garage which is 3 feet away from the laundry room! Despite the demand the plumber did not even have a dolly to do the job in the first place! I immediately sensed blatant greed and scamming attempt and sent him away with a $99 fee for showing up. I then installed the washer myself with the help of my wife, including hauling away the old washer to the garage. Absolutely untrustworthy contractor. I will never recommend this “pro”.

Mr. Raj, we would like to clarify the situation regarding your review.
The agreed price was $149 for the washer installation and $50 for the water line inspection, for a total of $199. However, in your Thumbtack request, you did not mention that the new washer was located outside the house and needed to be carried a considerable distance inside, or that the old heavy washer also needed to be removed and moved out.
Those are additional moving and labor services, separate from a standard washer installation. If we had been informed in advance, we could have either sent the proper moving equipment or assigned an additional technician to assist. Moving two heavy washers over that distance is not reasonably a one-person job.
The $99 you paid was our standard service/diagnostic visit fee for dispatching the technician to your property.
We also want to mention that the way our technician was treated during the visit was disrespectful and inappropriate. We expect our technicians to remain professional, but we also expect customers to communicate with them respectfully.
In the future, we strongly recommend providing complete details when submitting a Thumbtack request, especially when appliance moving, removal, or additional labor is required. Every additional labor service has its own cost, and accurate information allows us to provide an accurate quote and send the right manpower and
