- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and only use original factory parts. All of our parts and Labor come with a 1 year warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty much streamlined. You will provide us with what appliance you have a problem with, your location and phone number. We then schedule a technician to come diagnose the problem in your home. Most of our calls are the same day or next day from first point of contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 25 years. We have been serving customer in the Houston and surrounding area during that whole time. All of our techs have gone through our training process and have passed both background checks and drug tests. We have won the award for excellence from the Better Business Bureau 7 years in a row and are very proud of that!
