Allen showed up after another repair man canceled on me at the last minute! He came same day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The part was ordered and he finished two days later! He was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator and gave honest advice about the refrigerator. I will definitely use him again and refer him to others!

I had issues with my Samsung refrigerator not cooling the main storage area. Max came and immediately knew what the problem was. He didn't have the parts, so he ordered them and came back the next day to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the work done.
