I was skeptical at first, thinking this wasn't an actual business (but it is a legit company). However, I'm happy that I opted to use Sam @ Wise Design Services. He's professional, timely, reasonable, and easy to communicate with. We liked some of his suggestions which we readily incorporated into our design. We didn't like some suggestions, which he promptly changed back to how we originally had it designed. He gave us input that was well valued by us, being first time home builders and brought to light things that had never even crossed our minds. If I need another designer/architect, it will definitely be Sam and I will also suggest him to my colleagues. Thank you Sam!

I was super frustrated that my project required an architect. I’ve had many negative experiences with bigger companies.
