Threw a 30th birthday party for a good friend. Having The Bar Guests there really elevated the ambiance. Terry was great to work with, from helping us create a shopping list to serving excellent drinks. We would definitely hire again.
I hired this company for bartender a wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job! They showed up on time and reached out to me prior to the event to be sure they had everything we needed. They showed up prior to scheduled time and had everything together! I absolutely would recommend this company!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with The Bar Guests. Top notch service. Allyson was fantastic - very talented, professional, friendly and a HUGE part of making our Christmas party a success. We worked together to create a menu of house cocktails and my guests LOVED them. Allyson also had great support from the team - people came throughout the night to ensure she had enough ice and everything she needed, and then they came back at the end to help clear up and take the glasses. I really appreciated that - extremely well organized. I highly recommend The Bar Guests and I WILL be hiring them again (Allyson!) for our next event. THANK YOU!

The Bar Guests were timely and professional but most of all patient as I was planning my 40th birthday bash and deciding on my theme. The night of my party I was running all over the place abd never had time to make it to bar- they remembered my favorite drink that I mentioned to them over the phone and sought me out and handed men my drink. I would use them again...no question.

Terry arrived before the scheduled time just to make sure everything was setup for the event. All of guests were happy with the service of all the bartenders and even the VIP server stepped in and did a GREAT job handling all of the VIP guests needs. I will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price per bartender is based on whether or not the host wants them to have a tip jar. We charge $25/hr for our bartenders if they are allowed to have a tip jar, and $35/hr if they are not allowed to have a tip jar.
Each booking is assessed a $25 booking fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to ask our clients a series of questions to get a better understanding of the event they're hosting. Next, if there are any questions on what type or quantity of beverages to buy we consult free of charge.
Next, based on the answers to the questions asked, we will create an invoice, and email it to our clients for electronic signatures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders have years of bar industry experience. They bring a variety of recipes for each cocktail that they create for our customers.
