What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give custom quotes and every job is different depending on the type of event, location, how many guests and how many hours. All of those things factor into the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask them what the address is and what they need us to provide. We would go over specialty drinks and I provide them different menus of our signature cocktails that only we serve
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Texas School of Bartenders in 2001 and I’ve been in the hospitality industry ever since. I’ve managed events with over 5000 guests and 40 bartenders and they were all major successes.
