JAS Bartending

I’ve spent the last four years behind the bar, starting at The Flat in Houston and making my way through nightlife, private events, and everything in between. I’m comfortable handling a busy bar solo or working with a team, and I know my way around everything from classic cocktails to personalized recommendations. I’m naturally curious, a little eclectic, and love a good conversation. Making a great drink is one thing, but knowing who wants to chat, who needs a recommendation, and who just wants their usual without asking? That’s what makes the experience. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, I bring efficiency, attention to detail, and a personal touch that makes people who make to my bar feel like they’re taken care of and in good company!
