- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary client to client and event. According to thumbtack, we have some of the lowest rates, are highly in demand and we are a great value in our industry. Please ask us what we can do to tailor to your specific needs. Our quotes are sent with the understanding that we will place tip jars out on our bars. If you do not want for us to have a tip jar out, we will gladly adjust our quote appropriately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure our first time clients are walked through the process of booking an event & answering every questions that they may have for us(we make it easier than you think). We give specific advise tailored to your specific event from beginning to end, after all, that's what the pros are here for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hard workers that have spent a majority of their adult life in the service industry. Year after year of working in the industry fine tuned and created a very attentive eye for detail and customer driven service. Coming from some of the highest levels of execution in the restaurant scene in Houston.
