- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the size of your event, the length of service, and what’s included in your package. Since Texas is a dry hire state, you provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest—bar setup, mixers, and full bartending service. There are no hidden fees, and we’re happy to work with different budgets to create the right package and set up a payment plan if needed. We also offer discounts for longer events and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by learning about their event—whether it’s a wedding, birthday, corporate party, or backyard celebration. We like to understand their vision, guest count, and overall vibe so we can recommend drink options and bar packages that best fit their needs. From there, we provide a clear proposal, help customize the menu (including signature cocktails if they’d like), and handle all the details to make the bar experience seamless. On event day, our focus is creating a fun, stress-free atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy great drinks, and make lasting memories.
