Introduction: Personal training is not just about taking someone through a workout or telling someone to eat less. We all have certain physiological and psychological needs that need to met during a training progam. What sets me apart from other trainers is that I get to know my clients. Their strengths, weaknesses, passions, goals and incorporate all of these into a program that challenges them and instills a sense of accomplishment and strength. The most satisfying aspect of my profession is seeing my clients transformation. Whether that is reaching a weight goal, overcoming an injury or just plain feeling AMAZING.. that is why I do what I do.

Edward is the man! He knows how to inspire, motivate, listen, be attentive, and PUSH you to reach your goals. He has boosted my confidence at the gym, and has taught me how to step out of my comfort zone in my workouts. I've worked with a few trainers before but Edward is the only trainer who I feel has an in depth knowledge of nutrient and diet in addition to his results driven work out programs. I can sincerely attribute my reignited dedication and knowledge about fitness to Edward's training.

I am 65 yrs old, overweight, very out of shape, with joint problems in shoulder, wrists, hands and knees that have required Edward to be creative, and flexible with my workouts to ensure no additional stress is placed on those weak joints, yet still provide excellent cardio, and core strengthening, while improving balance and stamina. He is a great motivator and works you hard, but makes it interesting by throwing in additional activities like light boxing, yoga positions, and Pilates.
