- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat per room rate up to 200sq ft. Our cleaning includes taking care of all stains possible excluding pet stains. Pet stains can be treated at an extra charge since it requires an extra step in our cleaning process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a thorough inspection and walk-through with all of our customers before any cleaning even begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.
