I had a great experience with GayleFloors. I was moving into a new house and needed carpet installed in four bedrooms very quickly, before the movers arrived. From the first phone call to a finished job, everything was completed in just two days — including the quote, tear out, delivery, and installation.
They were fast, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The install looks great, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want during a move.

I was told up front that they would not know the extent of the damage to the flooring base flooring until they actually got into it and I appreciate the fact that they were up front with me about that. As it turned out it was really bad. But instead of making me nervous and upset about it they assured me that when they were finished it would be very satisfactory and for me not to worry because it would be taken care of, they went above and beyond that assurance. Every detail was addressed and it turned out way above my expectations.
I would highly recommend them on a scale 1 to 10 for sure a ten!

Amazing experience! Mark and his team we’re on top of everything-from the consultation call, to inspection, picking out our floor selection, to install. I was in a rush to get the job done asap. Mark and his team made it happen for us. From our intitial contact to project completition-4 days total! The install team was so detailed in everything they did and I couldn’t ask for a better experieince going through my first floor renovation. 10/10 would recommend and we look forward to brining them back for our next project!
