- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flooring material and baseboard if we provide it, I can guarantee that the price will definitely be more convenient than buying from outside, because we have our own warehouse
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First understand the customer's needs and budget, recommend materials according to the customer's budget, and then come to measure the size. After size measurement, we will provide drawing and make estimation. After the customer accepts, 70% of the fee needs to be paid . After payment, we will start to prepare materials for construction, and an additional 30% balance is required before the end of construction. We will provide a formal contract after receiving the final payment. Contract attachments include drawings, payment details, warranty information, etc.

From the material selection to the production process, we are very clear that all our products are selected by ourselves, and let the factory install our required standards for production
