I am a Chef with a Passion for food and people; so If you are looking for great tasting Homemade Food and Desserts at an even greater price, then Edible Delights Catering & Cakes are here to serve all of your Catering Needs. We specialize in American and International Infused Cuisine and all types of events from intimate Proposals, Anniversary Dinners, Graduations, Corporate events and Weddings; there is no event to small or to large as we consider all events to be as important to US as it is to YOU! Consider us One-stop shopping as we have 2 Chefs, Servers, Clean-up crew, 2 TABC certified employees to sell and serve alcohol, and a Photographer on staff. The food and presentation of everything was great. She was supposed to be there at 5 but showed up at 5:30. I understand traffic happens and other situations come up, but this was a very important event for me. I would say that she would needs to work on being on time.

Everything was wonderful! There was a touch of love on every decor to every piece of food. I could not have asked for anything better at my wedding. All i had to do was give Melissa the idea and she made it happen and then some!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Edible Delights Catering, we send you an email with all if our menus so that our clients can get a better understanding about what we provide, after making their selections, I email them a quote, if they accept it, we make arrangements to meet to sign the contract and leave a deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serve Safe TABC Certified Food Handlers Associates in Business Bachelor's in Culinary Science
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In Ohio, when my Grandmother passed away she left her Catering business to me and my sisters and 10 yrs later I started my own.
