Service was quick and thorough. Explained everything they were doing and commented on additional things that could help like an extended drip pan and new ductwork. Just needed a few pounds of Freon.
Called them today after it shut down from a lightning strike. Chris was leaving immediately to come check it out. It came back on by itself in a few minutes so called and cancelled. I think he fixed it just by thinking about it. Will use them again.

Airway Control fixed some issues that were causing leaks. I had a new drain line and drip pan installed. Also put in two overflow switches. Great value and I’m done worrying about leaks from my AC.

I obtained three quotes to replace a blown compressor and Airway Control provided the best value. They did not push just any particular brand of AC onto me like the others did. Instead they asked me to provide them with the model I wanted. Not only did they provide the best bid, but they were the most responsive. Polite, courteous and respectful. I read that this team was started from a local church. If so, I would say they have done a great job of instilling principles into their business. Special shout out to Chris and Jacob. Thank you both.
