To be honest, I reached out to Don because he had the lowest inspection price. Some people were trying to charge $100 just to inspect the A/C. Don was professional and honest. He told me that the A/C unit likely just overheated, but that it was working properly. I want to give him two big thumbs up for being honest. He also came out on a Sunday, since my A/C broke over the weekend.
