Nate was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained to me the conditions of my air conditioner and furnace. He forewarned me that both were nearing replacement time. He also explained the various options available and gave me a ballpark figure for replacement costs. This was very helpful because it helped me to set up a savings account solely for the purpose of paying for them. It also saved me the (sadly) unwanted and unnecessary angst that I would have experienced if I had been caught unaware of the impending costs. Nate was very thorough, working quietly, fast and efficiently. When he was done, he once again went over our entire conversation (in layman's terms) and asked me if I had any questions before he left. I was very thankful and appreciative of him. The topic was unpleasant, but he was very gracious in his manner of speaking and I felt (somewhat) more knowledgeable of the relationship between my furnace and air conditioning unit. Thank you, Nate. I really appreciated you.
