Great company. They fixed my problem very quickly. Also was honest and ran a tech report and made sure to give me a solution to fix my problem permanently. Affordable and they came on time. They even came earlier cause I had another appointment to go to. So very accommodating. Also follows up and gives different payment options. They also don’t charge you to come look at the problem.

They provided a new spit system. It was done as agreed and in one day. They were very responsive in notifying me when they would be there. They took my calls. They did a good job.

After working with ARS for one month (30 days !!!!) to resolve an issue that was never fixed, and their pricing was ridiculous, we became frustrated and decided to move on, Enerfficient responded right away to a last minute night time request and was at our hom, on time, the next day.
