Very pleased with their approach to our AC issue. Suggested a minor repair first where the other company wanted to replace the entire unit without fully looking at any other options. The repair made did fix the problem and AC is working fine once again.

First time using this company. I have to say I was totally impressed from scheduling my service and meeting the technician. I was in shock when I was told the price. I had to repeat myself a few times because I figured the AC tune up and cleaning would have been more expensive, however not the case. Best price for the work and also must have called in at a great time and received a special. Tony my service technician was very nice and explained everything that he would be doing . I found him very easy to get along with and even included pictures of before and after. What away to attract new customers and being able to make new clientele. Over all had a great positive experience and will definitely be calling when service is needed. Thank you Enerfficient for your help.

Enerfficient came out to do a winter and summer tune-up on my A/C unit. I picked them over some of the other service providers on the Thumbtack application based on their average review and the number of times they'd been hired.
Jose O. was our technician and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all of my questions as he was working on things. He took plenty of pictures and explained everything he was looking for and educated me on things I should be looking for as the homeowner. I even signed up for their maintenance plan and used its benefits the next day when Jose replaced my capacitor.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Jose was able to perform a nitrogen leak test and redo the flares on the lines all in under an hour.
