I cannot recommend Freedom Comfort Systems highly enough! About a year and a half ago, Shawn installed a variable speed AC system in our home, and it has been one of the best investments weve made.Since the installation, Shawn has been servicing and maintaining our system regularly, and his attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. He takes the time to ensure everything is running at peak performance, and it shows.The difference this system has made in our home is incredible. Weve seen a significant reduction in our monthly electric bills thanks to the energy efficiency of our variable speed system. It runs longer at lower speeds, which keeps our home consistently comfortable while using far less energy. Its efficient, effective, and it pays for itself!We now have a smart home, and I can control everything through voice activation or from my phone, no matter where I am. The convenience and control I have now is unbelievable and makes a huge difference our daily lives.Another huge improvement has been the reduction in humidity. My homes humidity levels are at 46% humidity on average, making the air feel fresher, cleaner, cooler and much more comfortable. Its especially noticeable during the hot, humid months.I have total trust and comfort in the reliability of my system and with Shawns continued service. Hes always responsive, honest, and genuinely cares. The peace of mind I have knowing my system is in good hands is priceless.And lets not forget how quiet this system is! I cant even tell its running most of the time. Its quiet, powerful, efficient, and smart everything I could have hoped for.To be transparent, Shawn is my husband, so I may be biased.. but everything I stated it very much true.

The whole team from Freedom Comfort Systems was great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain all the deficiencies in my current system and how they could be fixed. He also provided photos of all the issues to support his claims. Scheduling was easy and quick. The day for the work to be completed went very smoothly. The work team showed up on time, had a quick strategy discussion, and got straight to work. They removed a lot of my old ducting and replaced it with new, better insulated ducts. They added an access door in my furnace to be able to clean the evaporator coil AND they cleaned the coil while they were there. They added an air return to my master bedroom and created two new sheet metal plenums to maximize air flow. This was all done to better cool the master bedroom and en suite bathroom. After all the work was complete, there was an immediate, HUGE improvement in the master. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking as good as when they started. All the crew members were very professional and even friendly with my dog who kept barking at them. My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the quality of work, the price we paid, and the end result of everything. Any time we need HVAC work done, we'll be contacting Freedom Comfort Systems. You won't be disappointed if you do the same!

I highly recommend Freedom Comfort Systems! They are very responsive and professional. Im impressed by the cost-effective maintenance recommendations that keep my system running uninterrupted during the extreme heat of summer. Many other companies would just attempt to sell me a new system. The bottom line is that Freedom Comfort is a trustworthy company. That is increasingly rare, in my opinion.
