The AC went out around 10 pm and my wife woke me up to let me know. I’m conditioned to heat. Came on here and posted a help ad. The owner called me maybe 15 minutes after the posting. He sent his guy that Thursday and Miguel and I where both stuck in traffic really close to each other Going on vacation the next day vacation in Puerto Rico win win! Nope out of the blue Texas thunder storm comes in. He was able to diagnose the issues and they sale a service which I purchased. Finally trying to be an adult. We scheduled another appointment for the day after our vacation. On time like usual and he cleaned my whole unit, cleared some blocked drains It sucks paying but with the service I received well worth it.

Amazing….Lalo was punctual, professional, fast and efficient! Lalo came did his diagnostic checks and presented me with his findings. Took his time to explain everything to me. Shawn came later to do the financing, and he went above and beyond to get the main part that we needed instead of waiting thru this Labor Day weekend. Much appreciated to Freedom Comfort systems and their team for keeping my family from this Texas summer heat

He did lot of search to identify the problem. finally.they gave a reasonable quote and fixed the issue. they way he and Mr.Shan explained the issue made sense to understand the problem. i recommend Freedom contact.

I cant say enough good things about John and Shawn. If you are looking for HVAC folks you can trust, they are your guys. I felt heard, understood and most importantly, I felt I could trust them and I felt at ease. When it came to pricing, these gentlemen were more than fair. This made me decide on the spot to sign up for their maintenance plan. Why look for anyone else when 5 stars is not enough to rate Shawn and John? It doesnt get better than this.I first spoke with John and sincerely appreciated his honesty. I had a big and urgent issue, I was lost and John provided guidance, education and assurance.Next day, Shawn came to figure out the issue and he was just as amazing. So detailed oriented. He took the time to explain everything and go over the next step. Shawn got the part as soon as possible and completed everything in no time. I am forever grateful. Thank you!

Freedom Comfort Systems is fully licensed and insured in the State of Texas TDLR regulatory body. Our technicians have NATE certification extensive hands-on experience servicing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems.
