He was right on time. I received text messages before arrival that he was on time. He explained clearly what the problem was. He didn't have the right part with him but immediately went and got it and returned very quickly. He showed me the part he was replacing. There was no shadiness like with other companies trying to sell me a new unit. One and Done. I highly recommend HVAC Heroes.
