Mr. Riojas made sure to explain what components he tested and which ones he thought would be needed to complete the job. He was mindful to show me what parts were damaged and what it meant for my furnace. Even though he did not have the parts to repair my unit on hand and couldn't get any that day (it was a Saturday morning and the supply stores close early), he informed me of the expected labor and parts costs.
After my string of somewhat overpriced and somewhat lackadaisical visits from other AC technicians, Mr. Riojas' professionalism and straightforward pricing and explanations were a welcome change.
So far so good. I may have an update after I'm able to test the unit. I'll probably be hiring Riojas to complete the work.
