Kaleb was a really nice guy. I am not the customer, it's actually my girlfriend who couldn't leave a 2nd review. The only issue is the time it took to finish. Kaleb came here from the SW side to the near Spring area. He took it upon himself to come here first, so that part, I felt was good cust service. However, the scheduling could've been better. He had to come by, then go get the grill for the vent. I understand why he had to, but he shpudlhave been scheduled for a job on the sw side, then north. The window was 1-4, so traffic got him here at 4:05. Scheduling employees better would get a 5star for sure. Kaleb was great though.

Thanks for you comment Mr Brister, As you mentioned Kaleb is a very nice guy and we do our best to arrive on time for every customer. With that being said there is a reason we have to give a window in which we can arrive for a couple of reasons. We never know what kind of problems we will find on a job and we always try to get everything fixed so a customer is not inconvenienced when we leave so that can cause us to run a bit late and as you mentioned the traffic in Houston can be bad at times. I do apologize for him not being there on time and when I checked the time he did arrive 5 minutes late. You are correct. I hope this didn't cause you any undue inconvenience and I hope his performance outweighed the short wait. We look forward to being able to help you out agin and hope this doesn't put too big of a negative thought in your opinion and allow us to help you with your heating and cooling needs in the future
