Jose is responsive and he is capable of fixing multiple issues at once so saves me trouble to find multiple contractors working on different small stuff at the same time. He was able to fix the issues on floor, plumbing and drywall. Immediately results look good and I hope the great result last long so I could hire him for other future projects.

My ac leaked and ruined one of my rooms floors. I was hoping the other half of my room could be saved but Jose explained all the issues I was facing. I had researched it before he came out to do my estimate and everything he mentioned I had just read up on it. Jose gave me an excellent quote and found a similar color to what I already have in my condo. It was such a good deal that I decided to do another rooms flooring that I was having problems with. He showed up on time and even helped move my furniture for me. Jose and his crew quickly got my floors done within the time he estimated. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I received quality product and work. I definitely recommend Molinas Floorings for any flooring you need.

He did an amazing job on a room makeover, changed the tiles, fixed drywall and painted the walls too. Also did a restroom makeover. What i liked most about them was the communication they had and the timings to get work done. Other people told me it would take 10-15 days. Also were overcharging he gave us good prices and got it done in less than 7 days.

I could only choose 3 in the what I like part about mr molinas service but it was great, he responded on the 1st call, he came out the next, assessed the situation and started 2 days after, completed the job in the time he said he would and was very informative, I would recommend him to anyone in need of work!!
